The Plight of Children...

According to the United Nations Secretariat for Children and Armed Conflict, in addition to over a million children killed in armed conflict in recent years, 6 million have been rendered permanently disabled and up to a quarter of a million children are exploited as child soldiers. In the last few years in Africa alone, over 100,000 children have been used as soldiers.
Contemporary terrorism is another adult act of violence that increasingly adds to the suffering of so many children. Those who survive conflict and acts of terror can be physically maimed for life and/or emotionally haunted.
Our Foundation helps to renew the human spirit of such children.

Up font donations by businesses – whether once-off or annually – is a great way to directly and quickly support Renew the Spirit Foundation’s work. You can also do this with the support of your staff. For example via a staff ‘dress down day’ or similar, with the staff giving a $5.00 donation to the Foundation and your business matching the figure raised by the staff members.

RTSF can also attend your workplace and provide a presentation to staff which can relate to business ethics and your business as part of a Globalised world. The charge for this is of course a legitimate business expense.

All businesses that support the Foundation will receive a certificate plus acknowledgement in relevant publications, at public events and on the Foundation’s website.

Bronze Heart sponsorship: donations up to $500.00. Silver Heart sponsorship: donations $500.00 to $1,000.00, Golden Heart Sponsorship: donations between $1,000.00 & $10,000.00. If your business is considering providing support worth $10,000.00 or more, you will be eligible for recognition as an official partner of the Foundation (click here for this information).
